Our Process 

Whether you are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Nanny, a household manager, or even a summer Nanny, we will create a detailed job description, and seek to find the candidate to fulfill your position. We screen our candidates to the highest professional standards, conduct thorough investigations into their background and confirm all prior childcare experience.

 
 

Complete the Client Application

STEP 1

After reviewing your application, we will call you within 48 hours to discuss your childcare needs in greater detail. CLICK HERE for the Application.

Sign Agency-Family Agreement

STEP 2

We will email you our Agency-Family agreement to be signed. This will outline our services and Fees, which can also be found here (link).

Interviews

STEP 3

We will send you resumes and reference letters for each candidate that we feel will be a great fit for your family. You will then call the candidate(s) to set up an interview with them. Generally, you will schedule multiple meetings, or a trial day, in order to get a feel for how the nanny and your children interact.

Offer

STEP 4

Once you have chosen the best candidate for you family, it's time to discuss salary and benefits with the nanny, and extend an offer. After a verbal offer is accepted, our Agency will write up our Terms of Hire Contract in which all 3 parties will sign.
